How would you describe your signature style at Orion Weddings ?
At Orion Weddings, we believe in a "cinematic documentary" approach. We focus on capturing candid, unscripted & scripted moments as they unfold naturally, but we frame them with the polish and elegance of an editorial shoot.
We don't just record events; we craft a timeless narrative that feels as grand as the name Orion implies.
We prefer natural light and authentic emotion over rigid posing.
When will we receive our final gallery and films ?
We know you are anxious to relive the magic.
Teaser: You will receive a "sneak peek" gallery (10–20 highlight images) within 72 hours of the wedding, perfect for sharing on socials.
Full Delivery: Your complete, curated online gallery and final edited films will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. We prioritize quality editing to ensure every frame meets our "Orion Standard."
How do we secure our date with Orion Weddings ?
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To officially secure Orion Weddings for your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of 30%. The remaining balance is due partly on the day of the wedding, and as well 30 days after the event. We handle all contracts and invoices digitally for a seamless, paperless experience.
What happens if there is an equipment malfunction or an emergency ?
Your peace of mind is our priority. We always bring comprehensive backup gear—dual camera bodies, multiple lenses, and redundant memory cards—to every single event. Additionally, we have a big team at Orion, and we are also part of a network of wedding professionals. In the unlikely event of an emergency preventing us from attending, we have protocols in place to secure a replacement of equal caliber.
Can we customize our package if your standard collections don’t fit our needs ?
Every love story is unique, and your package should be too. While we offer curated collections as a starting point, we are happy to build a bespoke experience. Whether you need additional hours for a multi-day cultural celebration, a second shooter for a large guest count, or an heirloom-quality physical album, we can tailor our services to align perfectly with your vision.
Do we get a say in the music choice for our film or the "look" of our photos ?
Collaboration is key. For films, we use licensed, high-quality music that matches the "vibe" of your day, but we always ask for your input on musical genres you love (or hate!). For photography, while we maintain the signature Orion "timeless and clean" editing style, we discuss your preferences during our pre-wedding consultation to ensure the final product reflects the mood of your specific venue and season.
Do you provide the raw, unedited footage or every photo taken ?
We believe you are hiring us for our artistic eye and professional finish. Because of this, we do not release raw footage or unedited files, as they are the "rough drafts" of our work. However, we are extremely generous with our final delivery—ensuring every meaningful moment, from the guest reactions to the table details, is edited to perfection and included in your final collection.
